Receipt Profiles

Receipt profiles identify how your receipts appear when printed.  For example, you may want to change the receipt profile to reflect holidays or special events.

TO CREATE A NEW RECEIPT PROFILE:

Visit https://manage.ackro.com and sign in.

  • Click on the Point of Sale tab.
  • Click on the Preferences drop down and choose Receipt Profiles.
  • Click on Add Receipt Profile.
  • Define the receipt profile by giving it a name (I.e. Happy Holidays).
  • Enter the information you want at the top of the receipt under the Header.
  • Enter the information you want at the bottom of the receipt under the Footer.
  • Click OK.

Note:  Don't forget to perform a Settings Update on your terminal to synchronize the changes you've made.

Note:  You can also amend existing receipt profiles by choosing the Action menu beside the terminal you wish to change and Edit.
