Base Campaigns

    You may configure a basic and/or an advanced level campaign as your base campaign; choosing between the two depends only on your program requirements.

    Basic Campaign

    A basic level campaign allows you to reward your customers with a percentage of every dollar spent in store. For example, configuring a loyalty reward percentage of 5% will earn your customers $5 for every $100 spent in your store.

    By default, this percentage is set for your entire program and automatically applies to all of your businesses and business locations.

    Should you have cases where some businesses and/or business locations require different reward percentages, you can configure a reward percentage override for these specific businesses/locations without affecting the rest of your program.

     

    Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.

    • Click on the Campaigns link in the navigation bar.
    • Click on the Basic link in the side menu list in order to set/update the reward percentage for your program, a specific business, or a specific location.
    • Click the Save button in the action bar to save your changes or click the Discard button to cancel.

     

    NOTE:  Changes to base campaigns will take effect immediately.

     

    Advanced Campaign

    If you have integrated Ackroo's advanced loyalty platform into your management system, then advanced campaigns are available to you.

    An advanced level campaign allows you to reward your customers based on specific departments, SKUs, and payment tenders. Advanced programs also support promo codes, allowing you to apply reward multipliers on the total price of goods sold.

    For example, if you want to reward customers differently when buying Coke vs. Pepsi products or paying cash instead of credit, you may do so by setting different SKU and tender reward types.

     

    DEPARTMENTS

    A department represents 1 or more SKUs. Department level rewards allow you to reward your customers differently based on whether they are buying goods from one department or another.

     

    SKUs

    Reward your customers for buying specific items from your place of business. You can configure a SKU reward as a percent of the total value of the item -or- as a dollar amount based on the quantity of the item being purchased.

    SKUs belong to departments; this means that you can configure a department level reward and override that reward for very specific items.

     

    TENDER TYPES

    Tender type multipliers allow you to set a provide a bonus reward based on whether your customer paid by cash, debit, credit, gift card, and/or loyalty, allowing you to incentivize your customers to pay with a tender that helps benefit your place of business.

     

    PROMO CODES

    Promo codes are a nifty way of applying a reward multiplier to earned loyalty. Codes can be used as part of on going in store promotions or for targeted customers. Simply define a code that will be entered into the point of sale management system and the final earned loyalty amount will be adjusted based on this value of the multiplier.

    • Click on the Campaigns link in the navigation bar.
    • Click on the Advanced link in the side menu list.
    • Click the Add Loyalty Setting button and select the reward type to configure:
    • Click the Save button in the action bar to save your changes or click the Discard button to cancel.

     NOTE:  Changes to base campaigns will take effect immediately.
