In the event that your customers gift/loyalty rewards card has been misplaced or stolen, you can replace the card for them by transferring their balance to a new card and deactivating the old card.
To transfer funds to a new card;
Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- Click on the Cards tab
- Quickly locate a card by typing any piece of information you know about the card into the Quick Search field including;
- Card number
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Click on the Action button and select Transfer Funds
- Enter the NEW card number.
- You can then decide if you want to deactivate the lost/stolen card.
Clicking on Transfer Funds will transfer all of your customer’s data and balances to the new card
