Activate / Deactivate a Card

    In the event that your customers gift/loyalty rewards card has been misplaced or stolen, you can replace the card for them by transferring their balance to a new card and deactivating the old card.

     

    To deactivate a card;

    Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.

      • Click on the Cards tab
      • Quickly locate a card by typing any piece of information you know about the card into the Search field including;
        • Card number
        • Customer name
        • Customer email

    Click on the Action button and select Deactivate.  This will render the card inactive and no longer able to process transactions.

     

    To activate a card;

    Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.

      • Click on the Cards tab
      • Quickly locate a card by typing any piece of information you know about the card into the Search field including;
        • Card number
        • Customer name
        • Customer email

    Click on the Action button and select Activate.  This will render the card active and able to process transactions.
