Mistakes happen; if a transaction was completed in error for the wrong amount, you can adjust it right from the transactions view.
ADJUSTING A TRANSACTION
Visit https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- Click on the Transactions menu.
- Locate the transaction you want to adjust by typing the transaction number or associated card number into the Quick Search field.
- Click the ACTION button and click the Adjust sub-menu.
- Enter the adjusted transaction dollar amount, the description and/or Clerk ID if applicable and click the OK button.
The adjusted transaction will be marked as reversed, a new transaction will be created to reverse the original transaction, and a second transaction will be created for the adjusted amount
