Administrator Roles and Permissions

Each program in the Ackroo Anywhere platform supports three different roles, each with their own set of permissions. Data within each program is is visible from the top down and not from the bottom up.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Program administrators are the owners of and operators of an Ackroo Anywhere program. They are able to:

  • View data for all businesses and locations within their program.
  • Adjust and reverse transactions.
  • Add promotional funds to cards.
  • Register cardholders.
  • Configure reports.
  • Enable and suspend businesses.
  • Enable and suspend locations.
  • Configure independent loyalty settings for a business.
  • Enable clerk ID mode for a location.
  • Add point of sale terminals.
  • Add virtual terminals.
  • Create a terminal receipt profile.
  • Create a terminal menu profile.
  • Provision a list of clerks for any business location.
  • Configure general program settings.
  • Review the program audit log.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Business administrators are the owners of and operators of a business that is participating in an Ackroo Anywhere program. They are able to:

  • View data for their business locations.
  • Adjust and reverse transactions performed at their business locations.
  • Register cardholders.
  • Configure reports.
  • Enable and suspend their business locations.
  • Configure loyalty settings for their business.
  • Enable clerk ID mode for a business location.
  • Add point of sale terminals.
  • Add virtual terminals.
  • Create a terminal receipt profile.
  • Create a terminal menu profile.
  • Provision a list of clerks for any of their business locations.

LOCATION ADMINISTRATOR

Location administrators are the owners of and operators of a business location that is participating in an Ackroo Anywhere program. They are able to:

  • View data for their business location.
  • Adjust and reverse transactions performed at their business location.
  • Register cardholders.
  • Configure reports.
  • Add point of sale terminals.
  • Add virtual terminals.
  • Create a terminal receipt profile.
  • Create a terminal menu profile.
  • Provision a list of clerks for their business location.
