As a Program, Business, or Location administrator, you can add a Virtual Terminal app to your program locations at any time, allowing you to process gift and loyalty transactions from the following link: https://vt.ackroo.com. For the best experience:
- we recommend either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 10+ and
- we require that cookies be enabled.
TO ADD A VIRTUAL TERMINAL APP
- Point your web browser to https://manage.ackroo.com and sign in.
- Click the Point of Sale menu item.
- Click the Virtual Terminals tab.
- Click the ADD VIRTUAL TERMINAL button.
- Select the Business, Location, Receipt, and Layout profile for this instance of the Virtual Terminal app and click the OK button.
- The Business is the parent company for the location that will process transactions with the Virtual Terminal app.
- The Location is the actual locale that will process transactions with the Virtual Terminal app.
- The Receipt profile is the configuration for the receipt header and footer strings.
- The Layout profile is the configuration for the permissible transactions that can be performed by the Virtual Terminal app.
Note: While only one Virtual Terminal app may by configured per location, you may access this app as many times as necessary from the physical location itself, enabling as many instances of the Virtual Terminal as necessary within your place of business.
